This place is just unprofessional I tried to go and get a car from here because a friend recommended me and I was reassured I would be taken care of I was told to send my private information to this guy with paystubs and ID etc and that once I came in all I would have to do is pick out a vehicle because he would have my financing already taken care of with the down payment I had and the monthly payment I was looking for. This place has the worst costumer service and terrible communication skills. My fiancé was looking into one of their trucks and ended up putting a down payment on one. Was told it would be delivered the following Monday then was told something new every time he checked in on it. He ended up finding a truck closer to home and went back for his deposit where the finance manager and another dealer decided to treat him with complete disrespect. 3 weeks later we are still missing some of our deposit and are still getting told dif... read more
