This apartment is not only constantly clean, the staff is friendly, true the manager is there to do business and has a firm aditude, but thats expected when you can play around with 600 plus apartments being rented out. The apartments are very well kept and the gates always work, they have been very friendly with me and has to be the nicest apt complex i have ever seen in my life. ill be moving in soon and cannot wait! be expecting another review once i move in! Honestly, this place is terrible. There are far less parking spots than residents for starters, management tows vehicles for ANYTHING, and has lost my rent three consecutive months in a row. If they lose your rent, they first accuse you of not paying, then slap an eviction notice on your door. By this time, they usually find it, and offer no apology for their incompetence. You know that "Used Car Salesman" smile you hear about a lot? Everyone in that office has a cheap smile, and will show no concern for any of their residen... read more

The absolute worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. They made many mistakes with my monthly charges; charging extra fees and such. Failed to correct problem items in my apartment and the apartments themselves are not even very nice. The administrative staff show no concern for the residents. JUST PLAIN AWFUL!!!!!!!
