Had a very positive experience with Limestone recently due mainly to Dalila who was particularly professional and personable. She made the whole process seamless and went out of her way to accommodate my needs.
Now that I’m finally settled elsewhere, I can share this review. Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional property management in Kingston. Their only concern is that rent is paid, and any issue that a competent property management would promptly attend to is swept under the rug, repeatedly delayed until you lose interest or responded to with “it’s your responsibility.” Staff here are condescending and indifferent to your experience, which makes sense, as they have a business bordering on a monopoly and know that once you... read more
