Makenzie Cornelius sets the bar high as a leasing agent. She was quick to respond, flexible with viewing times and was transparent about the rental application process. I felt comfortable and at ease. Edit: Two years later, LPM continues to be very responsive and service-oriented. We’ve had a stove replaced in a timely manner and they proactively initiated servicing for our A/C unit. The individual who cleans our building is fantastic. LPM clearly cares about the properties they manage.
I rented a home in Ottawa that was serviced by LPM and had a really greate experience. Our point of contact Steve was amazing and responded to our messages very quickly. We had a different company before Limestone took over and there was a major difference in the quality of care and attention to the property and it's tenants. I reccomend Steve to anyone looking for someone to manage their property in Ottawa!
