The team at Limestone Eye are are absolutely fantastic! Dr Kokatow is incredibly thorough and patient and was as accommodating as she could be when I was struggling through some of the bright light tests. The girls out front are super attentive and you can tell they love what they do. They're honest with opinion on what looks good and will do what they can to work with personal style and preference.
I am so pleased with the service from Limestone Eyecare! Justin was very thorough and professional in identifying my new prescription. Laura and all of the people out front catered to every detail of my eye ware needs. I got a great new style of glasses that I am loving, they are so comfortable!! These folks appear to be the best in Kingston based on their very positive and caring service! I have recommended them to my friends who have also gone to their store and found them very supportive of their needs!
Have been going to Limestone for 3 years now. Dr. Justin Epstein is an excellent optometrist whom I trust. His team is wonderful; I’m quite particular about my glasses and they let me try on dozens of pairs to find the one that felt right, with patience and excellent suggestions. The 3 pairs I’ve bought here so far (+ clip-on sunglasses) have been sturdy and survived me regularly falling asleep with them on, swimming with them, and generally putting em through the ringer.
I had a wonderful experience! They were very friendly, good at communicating, and promoted a very welcoming environment. I really appreciate their attention to detail and care for their customers/patients.
