About this business
Medford's 3rd wave, artisan hand crafted coffee company. At Limestone, we're looking to shake up Medford's coffee scene, add an artisan edge and do things a little differently. We roast all of our amazing coffees in house on our Ambex micro roaster. Commercial Coffee makers? Stale coffee from Airpots? Not us. Great atmosphere, great service ... personally wish they had at least one dark roast Hoov
a perfect shot of espresso :-) in a pleasant setting.

Great freshly roasted and ground coffee. Also great teas. Good stories about the beans. A lovely place to hang out.

My sister and I came to Southern Oregon for a five day get away and lucky for us we found Limestone Cofffee on day one! We have been here everyday since and are sad that this is our last cup of coffee here. Limestone is by far the best coffee house I have ever been in. Clint and his team are bringing in Medford what every downtown should have : a coffee shop 100% oriented on quality and dedication to offer to their customers a unique experience with excellent quality coffees. Their café Nico is one of my favorite ! Don't miss their single origin espresso and amazing selection of pour over ; bonus : they began to bake their own pastries (their zucchini chocolate muffin is delicious) No question about it : best coffee shop in Medford !!
