I’ve gone to therapy a few times and this is the only one I’ve ever felt comfortable enough with to stay with. Cheryl is honestly so incredible to work with, she makes you feel comfortable and safe to talk to. I’ve never liked therapy and have only ever stuck with it for 1-2 sessions, but here I’ve done more than that and am actually excited to go each week to share my gains. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever dealt with. Alicia rocks. She is the therapist matchmaker! They are very organized and have great therapists. Cheryl Bechard Howe is insightful, observant and very warm. All the clinicians are extraordinary. I highly recommend Limestone Clinic Kingston counselling
I haven’t even started with my therapist yet (my first session is next week), but I already feel confident I made the right choice in coming here and that’s because of Alicia at reception. She is an absolute gem. From the first moment, she was warm, compassionate, and made me feel like I was talking to someone who truly cares (because she does!). Highly recommend!!! Kris Boksman-Wood is amazing! Just an hour with her helped me unload months worth of talk therapy issues. My sleep score went from 60-70 to 85 overnight. Truly a caring and amazing person to work with!
