Within the first semester of my first year of college my computer broke and I needed a fast repair. I was quoted $260, which is expensive, but was allegedly because of how difficult it is to repair the touchscreen. While I paid the $260 for the repair upfront, he did not repair my touchscreen and was reluctant to provide any compensation for the lack of service.
