My furnace was making a loud rattling noise whenever the blower fan was running and then after a couple days I started hearing a high pitched whistle sound through all the vents. Decided I needed some help so I called these guys based on high reviews. Guy came and said it was the venter fan, $1600 to replace (unless I was a member with them in which case it would be covered) or suggested I replace the entire 15 year old furnace with a quote of $9000 for a two stage or $6000 for a basic one (we live in a 1000 sq ft bungalow).... read more
We purchased a Lennox heat pump late 2023. It has never worked properly. Blades on the pump kept snapping. The unit is junk. The first time the unit broke our pipes burst and we paid for repairs. Limcan kept wanting to repair the pump but they could never figure out what was wrong. We never knew if it was the unit or bad install the caused the problem. The after sale service was terrible. The pump has been broken more than 80% of the time which has left us without the proper heat we were promised in the dead of winter. We fi... read more

We are so pleased with Carter as our maintenance man. He is thorough , efficient and very personable. Limcan is the better company to choose, because Carter is part of it.
