As I write this, it’s been five days since I reached out for help — from a company I’ve trusted and used since 2012. I was promised a call back from a service manager within 1–2 days. I did receive a call from a manager named Steven (or Stephen) yesterday, who asked me to follow up today (Friday) during business hours. I’ve now reached out three times and have been assured each time that someone would call me back. Still no return call — and as of now, we’re without heat. Service techs are awesome, but the office staff are horrible. I had a number of service appoints canceled, by Limcan, but was notified on old numbers that I asked to be updated many times. Asked to speak to a manager for a canceled appointment, by Limcan, on May 20th and still waiting for a call back in August. I highly recommend to stay away from a customer service perspective. Very frustrating. Contact Advantage Airtech ClimateCare instead.
Worst company to deal with. They are very disorganized. Imagine setting up an appointment and no one shows up and no communication. They wasted my whole day. I don’t recommend anyone to use them.
Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible, if you have a heat pump or you are a senior. They totally ripped my parents off and left them out to dry. It took 2 months, several visits, even one guy saying they don't work on heat pumps. Charged them almost $1500, and it still doesn’t work. When my parents called them they were told to call another company. Worst service ever! Will warn everyone to stay away.
My furnace was making a loud rattling noise whenever the blower fan was running and then after a couple days I started hearing a high pitched whistle sound through all the vents. Decided I needed some help so I called these guys based on high reviews. Guy came and said it was the venter fan, $1600 to replace (unless I was a member with them in which case it would be covered) or suggested I replace the entire 15 year old furnace with a quote of $9000 for a two stage or $6000 for a basic one (we live in a 1000 sq ft bungalow).... read more
