Had an AC unit that was not turning on during the Victoria Day weekend, luckily I contacted Limcan and they sent out Eric R that same day ! I was dreading that the issue was not going to be resolved but Eric R put that insecurity to rest very quickly. He was able to resolve my issue and was very transparent about the solution and gave me some tips & tricks for future prevention. Transparency is an asset i value greatly, because of this experience i have signed up for the membership and will continue to use Limcans services.
Service was set up quickly and I was very happy with Geoffrey who was professional, very personable and polite and most of all was able to diagnose and fix the issue along with providing some great owner maintenance tips. Not sure I loved dealing with the AI receptionist to set the appointment when I called in but very happy with the who showed up to do the work.
Miguel G. was punctual, polite, informative and did a great job.
