I looked at reviews and came here based on a good rating. WOW, was I in a shock when I got my truck back. Absolutely embarrassing job they did on it. No care whatever. I brought it back three times, missing clips, broken lights, pieces not lined up. I finally gave up dealing with them. Paid $4k put of my pocket now to get their mickey mouse fixes properly fixed. If it wasn’t for LIMAS I think I would have lost my mind. ICBC was putting me through a lot. LIMAS saved me and treated me with respect and a genuine kindness, which I really appreciated and desperately needed. They got the job done and dealt with it in the most efficient and professional manner possible. I recommend LIMAS 100%!!! Thank you for being the best shop with exceptional staff!!!
Bad service, when I called about updates on my truck they just said I don't know. Service was not good when I got the truck back...
