I canceled my hormone consultation more than 24 hours before my appointment, which qualified me for a refund under the clinic’s stated policy. Despite that, I had to call multiple times to remind them to process it because their refund system is not automatic, per Nina (pharmacist). There are no words to express my gratitude for Nina and Lima's pharmacy employees. They have gone beyond their way to help me with the PMDD, Perimenopause and they have being with me in the highest and lowest. Sometimes woman lives are harder than we expect and having somebody that actually LISTEN, show compassion and make things better is amazing.
