There are no words to express my gratitude for Nina and Lima's pharmacy employees. They have gone beyond their way to help me with the PMDD, Perimenopause and they have being with me in the highest and lowest. Sometimes woman lives are harder than we expect and having somebody that actually LISTEN, show compassion and make things better is amazing. I have had a few very positive experiences with Lima's and they helped me work through some mistakes that were made by my doctor's office regarding a medication. I have a medication that has to be compounded and Lima's, I believe, is the only pharmacy that does that in the area. My doctor's office sent it the first time completely wrong and the pharmacist worked with them to get it fixed. The second time it was sent, the instructions provided to me were incorrect. So kind, helpful, and informative. In this county medical care is sub par at best. The pharmacist and staff have been so helpful with my hormone testing and countless questions. Very accommodating and knowledgeable people who seem to actually care.
