Biggest joke in the state. No ensures they do nothing. Just shows you how poor local governnent is.
All over lima they are slow do little but stand around often taking several days or weeks to finish a minimal job that should be complete in a day, to a day and a half. Larger jobs get ignored often, regardless of the severity of need. I give them negative 100 stars.
Didn't help me with tire said they wasn't responsible for it blowing out hit deep hole on street
