Good one on one therapy, Postural restoration therapy really helps me tremendously decreasing and eliminating pain in my hip, back, and helps with all mobility. The Techniques Help me more and more every day and I also learned a lot about my body and how things are connected to help with normal functioning. I Definitely recommend.
