Can’t even get a quote without them rescheduling multiple times
So happy with the parking lot results. The customer service is great and the owner is very cordial.
I contacted the office manager Ky and he was incredibly pleasant. The parking lot looks beautiful, and I'm happy all around.
Called for an estimate on Tuesday. They scheduled someone to do the estimate on Wednesday, which was great. Asked if I needed to be there due to work schedule. Was told no big deal. Called Thursday to follow-up to ask if everything went ok and ask how long to expect for the estimate to be emailed. No answer, had to leave a VM. Called Friday, no answer left a VM.
