My nails turned out fine but some of the staff can be rude. I went in today and one of the staff members told one of the patrons to go wash her nails again because she hadn't got the oil off, well after she went to go wash her nails the staff member said "some people don't have common sense, theres only hot and cold theres no warm, you dont just put your hands in there and rinse. I've just moved to Chico from L.A. Looking for a good place to have my nails done and found Lily's Nails. I normally wear pink and white nails. They did a better job than I expected. My nails look fabulous and the staffs are extremely friendly. I definitely will come back.

Nice shop but service is whack! Called at 3:30, got appointment for me and 2 friends for 5:00, showed up on time, and watched as 3 patrons who arrived after us got seated before us. It's now 6 PM and were still waiting!!!

I am new to the Chico area, so was not sure where to get my mani/pedis done. I kept seeing commercials on tv for Lily's Nails, so I figured I'd try them out. BY FAR the WORST pedicure I have ever had!! The entire pedicure from start to end lasted only 30 minutes (half the time that any other salon has ever done for me) & when all was said and done I went home looking like I had painted my own nails.
