Today I went in my nails were pink, purple, green, and white. It had been two weeks so time for something new! I wanted a white tip with a red line. I took the nail for an example to the table and showed the guy what I wanted. He thought I just wanted the red line to go with the existing tip??????????? REALLY!!!!! So now I have a pink, puple and red line because I had him trim them down. They don't even match! When we got everything figured out he didn't even offer to fix them. In 1997 i first came to ''Lily'' 14 years later and i'm still coming to ''Lily's'' even though i now come from out of town, i will continue to come to ''Lily's'' because of the beautiful job they (she) dose.
I have been getting my nails done by Lily since moving to Chico 6 years ago. The staff, service and cleanliness are exemplary. Lily generally does my fills/manicures, but my pedicures have been performed by all the other staff and I am pleased to say it is a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Everyone is friendly, courteous, and they always make me smile. Make your way to Lily's, you will be very happy you did!! Jerri B :)
