If I could give 0 stars I would. We walked out with my little girl in tears. We told them she wanted a manicure and they just filed them for a minute and then painted them. (She was so excited, had been looking forward to all the fixings—massage, etc). The other issue was she had picked out a color, they told her that it wouldn’t be bright enough but ensured her they would put the shiny on top. Environment is very awkward staff fights a lot, they argue with each other in front of you… old man even slapped lady on hand when all she was doing was giving my receipt … the lady that did my pedicure looks like she has some kind of fungus on her thumb and other hand as well… the other lady doing my sister was very pushy for us to get gel when she was told twice we wanted regular polish $100 for 2 pedicures

Only been here a few times previously and the first time I have ever not liked my nails leaving.. I don't feel comfortable expressing that I didnt like my nails because at the end if the day the did provide a service. HOWEVER if you can not do an ombre nails set with an inspo picture do not do them I would have been more than willing to wait for a technician that new how to do so... but I looks like I took a white out pen and colored the tips of my nails... lines not even blended or even straight......will 100 percent not be... read more

Will not be back– yall need to do something about that older gentleman that does nails in there. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was rude, rolled his eyes at me, was aggressively throwing the polish bottles and boxes they came in, he then did what he wanted to my nails before I just had him stop all together. There was also one point where he didn’t turn the lamp on and got agitated at me because I didn’t tell him! He then went on to mumble under his breath how stupid my design was. Took my daughter in for a pedicure and was disappointed. She barely received the service — just a couple splashes of water on her feet and legs — yet I was charged full adult price. I don’t mind paying full price, but I do expect full service if that’s the case. On top of that, I was charged an extra fee simply because she chose more than one polish color, which was never explained beforehand.
