Went in for an overlay and nail art. Polish and design look like a toddler did it. Chopped my long natural nails off and filed them crooked. Acrylic is different thickness. Left a pity tip because they clearly watch to see if you do. Won’t be back!
They are very rude and disrespectful. Horrible customer service, they will give you an appointment and make you wait for 30 minutes just to service a walk in who wants a more expensive service. It was such a horrible experience

THEY SERIOUSLY OVER CHARGE AND THERE WORK ISN'T THAT GOOD MY FULLSET OF NAILS COULD OF BEEN WAY BETTER !! THE PEDICURE WAS OK, BUT THERE SERVICE IS SLOW AND CHAOTIC
Most awful experience ever. I left in tears not only because of how terrible my nails turned out, but because of how I was treated. I showed an inspiration picture with the colors I wanted. She told me the colors wouldn’t show up on the nails and got out white polish. I assumed she was putting the white underneath and would add the colors on top.
