I do NOT recommend this place at all! as soon as you walk in you’re hit with a whiff of smell that reminded me of cigarette smoke. As i was getting my nails done whatever products they used were BURNING around my cuticles and then they tried to put a cooling gel but it only made it worse. NEVER in my three years of getting my nails done have i EVER had that happen to me. They would get defensive whenever I tried to wash my hands to stop the burning. If i could give ZERO STARS I WOULD! Very, very bad experience at this nail shop. The acrylic application was HORRIBLE!! Uneven, poorly shaped, and extremely sloppy. I asked them to fix the issues, and instead of taking responsibility for their work, they told me I would have to pay extra just to fix their mistakes. Completely unacceptable. Customer service was just as bad as the quality of the nails. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Do not recommend. Unprofessional and unsanitary.
I wish I had come to the reviews before going here. I've been getting my nails done here for 2 months now. A fungus popped up on one of my nails. The lady nail tech said its from water and said its okay to continue to get it filled. Thats was a lie! My nail is now sore and I've been told by my Dr to get it taken off immediately amd dont return back to the salon.
