Lily’s nail station is straight-up biohazard, giving full-on FUNGUS VIBES. I had an early appointment and showed up on time, but she took another lady ahead of me in my face, I guess she’s been a loyal customer, base on their conversations. Lily did an outstanding job on my nails! She was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. My nails look amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality work, and I will definitely continue to go to her on a regular basis
Terrible experience. They have no hygiene or nail protection practices. They made me soak my nails in a plate with acetone for 5 minutes, which caused burning on my fingers. I had to ask them to apply cotton with alcohol only on the nails, as it is normally done. In addition, I had another issue with the nail polish color. From the first nail they painted, I said I didn’t like it and asked to change it to a more natural shade.
