Beautiful shop and presentation, so we had high hopes and picked out six cupcakes. Unfortunately, every one was disappointing. The cake was very dense and dry with a strange chemical/ultra-processed taste, almost like something from a vending machine. We even let them sit at room temperature for a few hours, but the texture and taste were still the same. What bothered me more was the handling. Had the same thing happen it tasted like chemicals I returned the cupcake and got a new one cause I thought maybe it was a mistake and nope same thing but not as strong but I see now im not the only one they told me they dont use cleaners so they dont know why it taste like that I dont see where they won food network cause its dry and tastes bad I rather have box mix and canned frosting then to spend my money here so sad that they get to claim winners but taste bad in real life get it together
