We had a wonderful experience with Lily’s Orlando outlet! Our stylist Samm took excellent care of my fiancé and me. They were able to accommodate us both as a walk in and Samm did an incredible job at double timing and getting us both into our dresses to try on. Thank you for being part of our adventure in dress shopping! Prices, quantity of inventory, and size ranges are all wonderful!
If you’re a bride, please do not go here. I had one of the worst wedding dress shopping experiences of my life at this store. It started with the confirmation call the day before from Alexis, she was short, dismissive, and did nothing to make me feel excited about my appointment. My “1 hour and 30 minute” appointment ended up being a rushed, disappointing 30 minutes that I still had to pay for. I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Lily’s Bridal!! Initially going into bridal dress shopping I anticipated feeling nervous but my experience at Lily’s calmed me right down! Heather was incredibly helpful and understood my vision earlier than I even did :) She truly made me feel special, relaxed, and confident while making the process FUN. I’m so happy I said YES to the dress!!
Even though I didn’t find my dress there, Makayla was extremely helpful and very personable. She took all my ideas and brought me the perfect selection of dresses to try on. Definitely worth a visit.
