I had my first time facial with a male esthetician! George knows so much about skin care! The environment is very welcoming because he was already waiting there to greet me. WRONG – My stylist was Mary. She did not greet me with a smile. I had a consultation during which she used a lot of "We had agreed on...) phrasing which I thought was unfriendly, but since she seemed to know what she was doing, I proceeded with the haircut. She washed my hair with a lot of force. When she finished she didn't lower the leg support, so I had to jump out a little. She was irritated by that (Whose fault was that?) Great Massage! – I had a massage with Karina, which was unlike any other massage I've ever had. She explained to me her technique which is called "trigger point" therapy. This relaxes tense muscles. Since her massage, I've had reduced pain in my neck and shoulders. I've had better results than with a chiropractor. The Spa is nice and I recommend it if you're looking for a great massage

Just Great! – I just loved the salon. I've lived here for a long time now, and never been to a spa in cupertino. Lily salon was the one to come up first in all the searches, and I can tell you it is number one! I got a whole body scrub and a facial. The body scrub was done in a vichy shower room, they remove all the dead skin cells and it filla great laying under warm showers. Facial was done also amazing. Nice and gentle touch, very nice masks i must say. Loved the experience!

Excellent Salon and Spa – I just moved in the area from Florida, and was looking for a good salon and spa, coming across the reviews for lily salon and day spa, i decided to try it. I made an appointment for a haircut and to relax a little bit i booked a massage also. When i came in i was greeted and was given tea with some cookies, which i think was a nice touch. very NICE! – personally loved it, i got a facial and mani &pedi. The facial was great i got a clarifying facial with Nally, i believe her name was. She gave me a nice robe i could change into and asked me to lay down under the blanket, oh so comfy! I was impressed on how gentle she was and told me everything i needed to keep my skin looking healthy. After that i went for my mani and pedi and i was not dissapointed at all. Terrific for Massages – Very nice place! The receptionist was very nice and offered me tea and brownies. I think her name was Lina. I called about an hour and advance and thought there wouldn't be anything available but she fit me in. Karina- name of the magician. I had horrible tensions in my back. My lower back was hurting for 2 month. Deep tissue was just plain terrific. All the muscles were touched and i am very picky about that. Here, there was nothing to pick on. Great place, professional staff – I just moved to this area and was looking for a spa close to my new home. I checked several spas on the internet and choose this place because I found everything I was looking for, even a Vichy shower. Massage was so amazing that I decided to buy a gift certificate for my friend, so the next time we will get massage together in the couples massage room. Amazing surprise – Recently I received a Spafinder gift certificate from my friends. I?m not local and could use it in my home town, but it was a great opportunity to try spa here in the Bay Area. After almost an hour of Internet research I decided to choose Lily salon and day spa. I found a lot of spas, but this one is the only spa in Cupertino area that has Vichy shower, sauna and couples massage room with Jacuzzi.
