Contrary to what you might read the staff at this place is unprofessional, unorganized and rude. They have a texting system that they utilize which, they never tell you who you're talking to, they totally just sidestep that question.. but you can't count on them to answer refill request from your pharmacist for several days and you have to remind them two or three times and they still don't get it right.. they have a hard time following directions let's put it that way. My husband had an appointment yesterday and was told he needed to pay $1 for a mask or they wouldn't see him. Thats insane. We both will be going to a new facility just because of the fact that THEY require you to BUY a mask
Dr. Lilly Phillips always takes her time to go over everything with you and makes it easy to understand. She listens and is always searching for something that will help.
This is by far the worst doctors office I ha e felt with in my life. The office staff is incompetent and incapable of doing anything correctly. I was a new patient and I have only been seen once and I have had nothing but problems with this office. Messing up on imagine orders and paper work that I needed to have submitted before I can have any procedures. I’m done with this office finding a new doctor they have done nothing for me besides give me the run around and waste my time.

Franchesca was awesome. i had a facial today and it was just as good if not better than going to a spa. would absolutely recommend it to my friends.
