Very disrespectful ....... not clean.........not prepared for COVID19.......Passing around nail colors to multi clients without disinfecting....not disinfecting their tools ..... Currently reported to the Department of Health and Safety. THIS COMPANY IS RACIST TOWARDS BLACKS AND LATINOS....DO NOT SUPPORT!!!! DO NOT SUPPORT!
THE BEST! I've been coming here consistently for over 3 months and always have an amazing experience. All of the employees are so sweet and always make time for you, no matter how busy they are. They have great polish color selections and I always leave with the perfect mani and pedi. I've tried many different salons in the city and none compare to this one. Visiting this salon is always relaxing and the highlight of my day.
They took care of me and went beyond my expectations. I've never been treated so fairly and kindly from a nail tech. The ladies here made sure I got what I asked for and wouldn't have let me leave otherwise. I knew I was in good hands and that I was going to leave happy. That is not the hospitality I'm used to from my previous nail techs so from now on I will be booking with them in advance. Lily Nails Spa is my new fav!
My first visit/impression was great. Went in with a broken nail, on the way to a meeting, to see if they would do a quick fix for me. They were very incredibly helpful, and had me on my way asap. I got a chance to notice the impeccable salon, and beautifully appointed stations. Grabbed a menu, and am looking forward to going back for the full treatment. Thanks!
