I’m extremely disappointed with this nail service. I paid $95 and expected a clean, professional result, but these nails look rushed and poorly done. The polish is uneven, the edges are messy, and the application around my cuticles looks rough. What makes this experience even worse is that I repeatedly told the nail technician NOT to cut my nail, and even her coworkers told her not to cut it, yet she still went ahead and shaved one of my nails extremely short.
