I have been going here for years. All the staff is very professional and friendly. They do a wonderful job!
I had a gel manicure with Thomas and shortly after he began, a woman came in that was “late for her appointment” with him. She was pushy with the receptionist and sat down next to me to wait for Thomas. She then started talking to me, complaining she “had no time and somewhere else to be today”. It was incredibly annoying and I couldn’t enjoy my experience. I could tell Thomas was rushing through my gel manicure to prioritize getting to her (she was apparently a regular client).
