This was my first time to Lily as my friend goes frequently for her nails. I wanted a simple pedicure for an upcoming beach trip. The person assigned to me was too busy watching a soccer game on his phone that he accidentally filed again the skin of my big toe and now I have a scab right by/under the nail - the last thing I want is an open wound for the beach. Absolutely outstanding service, and everyone is so kind and accommodating. Can always expect the best experience here. One is my #1 go to gal here but I’ve seen some very beautiful sets from others as well. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely love this salon, very kind staff and a very welcoming environment. I am yet to leave without a beautiful set on nails.
If you need a quick fix then sure, this place will get it done but don't expect high quality results. I left with multiple bleeding cuticles, uneven thickness and my points off scenter. No time was taken to measure up nail length either. The colour application was ok but the whole experience was lack luster and rushed. The shop was quite disorganized and un tidy.
