I was referred to this doctor to correct droopy eyelid.. There was Hardly a difference after this doctor performed surgery, which was shocking to me. I still have dropping upper eyelids 2 months after surgery. People tell me they can’t see a difference before and after surgery. I hadrosaur doctor also performed ptosis surgery in both my eyes, but now one eye is not as open as the other eye and my eyes are uneven. Dr. Lin exhibited professionalism throughout the whole process beginning with consultation appointments, pre-surgery appointments, the surgery itself, and post-surgical appointments. I had a very definite ptosis in my left eye. Dr. Lin took several photographs to insure that the operation would be covered. I also elected to have a lower eyelid blepharoplasty at my cost. Dr. Lin answered all my questions, took time to explain all the steps, and restored my eyes to a youthful appearance!
Dr. Lin did a good job with the surgery. However, she gave conflicting info regarding medications and after-surgery care. And even tho we called her numerous times we got no response. In the end, we had to seek help through my oncologist, for ophthalmology questions and medication!!
After waiting 2 months for my appointment I received a message canceling my appointment and reassigning me an arbitrary future date I could not attend. A call to her staff indicated she was only there a couple days a month. They had no respect for my time or the inconvenience (plus pain and suffering from not receiving my procedure). Big fat ZERO for this provider. Her job should be more than a hobby. Start by choosing a different doctor.
