I had a fantastic experience today at Healthy Futures. The front desk people were very kind and made sure someone saw me quickly. They made navigating my insurance a breeze, and Lily the medical professional who saw me genuinely cared about making a difference in my health. It feels like a personalized small town doctors office in the middle of a huge city. What a treat to be seen. This is my go to primary care clinic from now on!
My appointment was for 1:40 and I was a bit early. At 1:30 I was called and my vitals were taken. Shortly thereafter I had a consultation and as a result of the consultation I had blood drawn and left a urine sample. I was out of there by 1:50. Pretty timely experience!
Lily is always so patient and helpful and kind. Plus she is great at her occupation.
