The Dentist herself is fine, but the staff at the front desk are frankly rude and incompetent. I asked them multiple times and they can't seem to answer any questions. They claim they will call you back, but don't. They seem to add in erroneous charges. I am so frustrated by them that I don't ever want to go back. They didn't even try to rectify anything. Oh well. Wish the next person luck.
Dr. Chen and her staff are very professional and thorough...I have and will continue to recommend her to family and friends.

Excellent dentist, excellent staff and very gentle dentist
This was the finest dental care I have ever had - - and my Dad had a dentist in his clinic who I loved. Brenda singlehandedly took x-rays, examined, measured, cleaned, applied cleaner, and provided Dr. Chen a concise dental overview. Dr. Chen was professional, nice, and also efficient. Donna at front desk was super helpful prior to arrival. Donna also confirmed insurance and helped me fillout the initial client paperwork - - online! I am happy I found Dr. Chen and her staff.
Staff always professional, gentle and accommodating. Our entire family uses Dr. Chen and have always had a positive experience.
