Ordered flowers for a funeral, and the results were so beautiful. The attention to detail, the quality of the flowers, and the amazing customer service was absolutely incredible.

Placed an order that they told me they could do. Showed up and wasn’t done. Made an excuse of why they could do it with the flower…too big. I went somewhere else with same flower had no problem. They acted t like they just didn’t want to bother with it instead of trying.

I placed an order over the phone with Amanda and she was very pleasant and helpful. Later, when it became apparent that the flowers weren't able to be delivered that day due to incorrect information from me and the hospital, she was even more kind when she assured me that they would be delivered the next day at no additional charge. I also appreciated the delivery guy, Mike, letting me know that he hadn't been able to deliver them and why. As a bonus, and maybe most important of all, the flower arrangement was beautiful.
