I was a first-time homebuyer when I started working with Lilly. I had little idea how the process worked, but Lilly was patient with me every step of the way. She carefully explained every step of the homebuying experience as we made our way through it; She was always available and eager to go on home tours (both good candidates and duds); And she probably knew what I wanted as a homebuyer better than I did.
