There was an issue with my mother's insulin pen today. She is visiting from out of state. She called and reported it and was attempting to requesting a voucher for a replacement pen. She spent an hour trying to explain what happend to make sure no one else experienced her situation. Long story short the rep said she used the pen wrong and it was her fault.
