I bought multi pieces online, they’re not fit well. But thanks to the great help of Brianna the exchange process was so smooth and pleasant.
The staff members I have encountered at this store have been lovely and helpful. Brianna is especially great to work with. Lilly Pulitzer has been my favorite brand for years. Lately, I’ve noticed a growing shortage of structured classic shift style dresses. The famous designs that made this brand great are lacking. Arrogant and snotty employees. Did not feel welcomed when we walked into this store. Give me a break people you work at a mall, why are you so snotty??? Even Chick-fil-A employees have better customer service than you !!!
