Been seeing Dr. Lilly for years and he is the best.
I was denied treatment for refusing to present my Medicare card. I have a Medicare Advantage Plan and, with that coverage, they do not need my Medicare card.
Dr Lilly is a great Doctor. Issues are with the staff. Especially Julie (insurance coordinator) & Jean (office manager). Julie gave me a hard time getting approval of DME from my insurance. She told me it was not covered b/c I'm not diabetic. Didn't even offer to submit for pre-determination. But then it was approved b/c I requested it to be done & pushed her to submit for approval anyways. It would have never happened if I didn't ask her to do so. Tried to talk to Jean about all this. Insurance coordinator & office manager are arrogant
Listens and is very knowledgeable. Fixed 2 broken ankles, several broken toes, and a few sprains. (I am a bit clumsy!). Did surgery on my ankle it never felt better! I HIGHLY recommend!
Great Doctor, very knowledgeable and office staff is the best. I had major problems with my feet and he knew exactly what to do to relieve my pain. After years of going to several Orthopedic Specialists someone had told me to try Dr. Lilly. Best move I ever made. He knew so much more than any of the Ortho Doctors. I can't understand why so many people go to Orthopedists when you could get much better results from a Podiatrist. If you have been seeking relief, don't wait, go see Dr. Lilly!!!
