Worst experience I've ever had car shopping. Eddie the sales manager is very unprofessional. They wasted a week of our time and didn't deliver what they promised. I really hope this is not how all Ford Dealers conduct business.
Purchased a used truck with a few minor problems which the dealership took care of. Seemed to take a few days to get everyone on the same page but all employees were friendly and interested and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied.
