Brilliant artistry, care and service from Des at Lillipollen. He helped me decide on a ballpark idea, perfect-for-the-occasion arrangement and then created it beautifully. It struck me when he sent the picture that it was so apt as I didn’t want anything too big. It’s modest and also gently spectacular! -which actually quite well describes the person they’re for! Can not recommend Lillipollen florist enough. Fiance and I had decided to go no presents for our anniversary as wedding was only a few weeks away. Changed my mind on the day and walked into Lillipollen last minute. Within 15 minutes, the ladies at Lillipollen had whipped up an amazing bouquet of flowers for an extremely reasonable price all while I talked their ears off. Great chat, great service, great business. Thanks the help.
Had flowers delivered for my wife on Mother’s Day Sunday. The blooms were bright and beautiful but I was especially impressed with the dedicated effort their delivery team took in dropping them off. I ended up being unavailable by phone at the time of delivery but they tried multiple times to call me and resorted to asking a neighbour to grant them access to our mail room. Then sent a text to let me know where the bouquet had been left. Appreciate the excellent customer service on what I’m sure was a busy day for them!
