The entire staff is just incredible. They all clearly love what they do and it’s obvious when you first walk in the door. We've used Lillington Vet for over 15 years, from our new puppies, to senior care, to acupuncture (YES it really works). Dr Jan and her staff are very responsive and always follow up with a phone call when one of our dogs has been seen for something other than routine care. We wouldn’t trust the care of our dogs to anyone else.
Sorry but I'm updating my review...for over 2 and half years never had a issue until now. They have been my vet and boarder and i have never had an issue until now. Was told my dog was excited and needed medicine ( i qoute "a medicine" for diarrhea. I authorized that only to pick him up and there were 5 different meds they gave him. Without telling me they were going to sedate him, give him an anti anxiey med, a probiotic and some other that don't know what it was for. They are so caring with all of our dogs.
Dr Julie was amazing today with our boy, Roscoe. Been to several vets around Fuquay and haven't found one I liked. She is very compassionate, thorough, and very nice. Her assistant was great too!! We will be going here from now on. We have found the perfect Dogter, lol, for our furbabies
