The staff is rude! The waiting area is so confined that sitting just gets in the way of people trying to go in and out of the front door or up and down the halls. We waited half an hour past our appointment before we called another vet and when I went to let them know we were leaving they said oh did you guys have an appointment.... yes we did and yes we had checked in! They are the highest priced in the area and the least caring of your pet. We do not recommend them and will not go back again! I do recommend going to the ve... read more

I’ve been bringing my fur babies to Lillington veterinary clinic around 30 years. The doctors and staff are stellar. While being professional they are very warm and caring. They treat your babies like their own. They keep in touch after care to make sure everything is ok. I know when I take my 20 year old cat Precious to have her checkup she is in the best of hands. No one else will do💗
I have nothing but good things to say. We had our first visit with them today and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the staff and Dr. Jan. I never take my two year old and our dog Oxford anywhere by myself. They both have so much energy and it’s a lot to handle alone...well today lol I had them both at the vet and my son was going 100mph the whole time and acted out big time. No one at the office was rude or judgmental. They helped me as much as they could and they helped make sure Oxford was comfortable too... read more

I have nothing but good things to say about Lillington veterinary hospital. I took my dog Tucker there because a cat had scratched his eye. Dr Julie was very thorough with Tucker and put him on a course of antibiotics treatment. He’s not quite out of the woods yet but he’s definitely on his way. I highly recommend them to any pet parent.
