I went in as a new patient for a sinus infection instead he sent me away to ER for blood sugar I still had to pay when noth im ng was done other than telling me I'm uneducated I felt very uncomfortable will never come back. And when I got to ER they were very surprised I was sent there they didnt understand all that so wasted money for visit and gas so crazy.
No use in making an appointment when you still have to sit 45 minutes to an hour in lobby waiting to be called. Also everytime my kids get sick with earache, sore throat and fever they never want to give them any meds due to being "viral" and antibiotic would do more harm than good. Today was my final time dealing with them and realize they don't care about kids at all! Switching Pediatricians Monday!!!
Dr. Sloan is a very down to earth, compassionate woman who makes me very comfortable and secure to have her as my doctor..
Why do we wait so long to see Dr Sloan? Every time! I can hear her entire conversation with the patients next door( patient confidentiality 😳) she’s is chit chatting up a storm. And here we are, an hour and 15 minutes past her appointment time.
I like Carra Mclamb very much . Followed her from her other location. She cares about her patients.
Dr. Yearwood is the only doctor to see here. Highly recommend her. She is amazing.
We love Dr. Yearwood, Dr. Kamil, Dr. A, and Dr. Russell. They are all so friendly and down to earth. They don't treat you like a number but instead family! We've been going for almost 4 years now and I wouldn't trade them for anything! I would recommend working out the phone line issue! It's very hard getting ahold of someone.
Love Dr. K but the answering system is the worst. Who ever came up with it is an idiot. I never get ahold of a person during the day and there after hours answering isn't the same as during the day.
