I recently did an Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse with Lillian Jacobs, and it was a truly transformative experience which has not only re-set my digestive system, but also positively impacted my long-term nutrition. I worked one on one with Lillian weekly for about three months. She is attentive and kind and creates a supportive and safe environment.
