Our A/C unit was constantly running but not making the house cooler. The tech/repairman James was polite, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He was able to give me the advice I needed without being condescending. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about James, but I'll finish with this: LILLEY is a better company because of him!
My mother‘s air conditioner is 30 years old and unexpectedly bit the dust I live out of town she called Lily air conditioning. They came out very quickly assessed the situation and installed the new unit the next day with all new ducting, and wiring very pleasant to work with. When I got in town, I looked at the job. I was completely satisfied that they took care of my 88 year-old mother. I would recommend them to anyone, they do quality work.
