I love living at the Lillehammer! Beyond awesome Apartment Manager (Adrienn) and Maintenance Staff (Brian and Zack). The Apartment Manager does an incredible job. Kudos to her for her responsiveness, friendliness, and helpfulness. Any maintenance issues are promptly addressed. They go out of their way to do a superior job. We’re incredibly fortunate to have the best management at Lillehammer Apartments! I’d give Bonavista Management and their team 6 stars if I could. We truly appreciate and are so grateful for the exceptional attention and care we receive from the maintenance crew. They go above and beyond!
As part of the latest community event at Lillehammer Apartments, I attended a fascinating lecture last week on the history of zoos and animals in captivity. Dr. Shai Ben Ami, a resident of our building, is a professor at the University of Washington and zoo historian. He shared captivating stories and insights on the evolution of zoos over the past few decades, drawing from his extensive experience as a zookeeper, guide, and education director at zoos from Vienna to San Diego. It was very engaging and informative!
I moved into the Lillehammer Apartments about a month ago, and have absolutely loved it so far. It is very affordable compared to other similarly sized modern apartments that we looked at. The neighborhood is very peaceful, it is far enough away from Central Ballard that you don’t experience any traffic or congestion, but close enough that you don’t feel disconnected, and it really doesn’t take more than 20 minutes to get anywhere you want to go in Seattle. The Lillehammer was my first apartment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience thanks to the amazing property manager, Adrienn. She is incredibly caring, accommodating, and responsive. The building is well-maintained, secure, and fosters a welcoming atmosphere. I always had positive interactions with fellow residents and appreciated the fun community events.
