I lived at this apartment for seven years — and I only left because I relocated out of Seattle for a new job. That says everything. Living here has been a pleasure. Prices and floor plans are good, the roof top view is amazing, and the neighborhood is great. Within walking distance from Golden Garden, the main Ballard plaza, and there are some notable restaurants/bars right around the corner. The management is always accommodating, communicative, and helpful. My service requests are fulfilled in a timely manner, all the service workers are super friendly, and my neighbors have been great. I lived here for about 2 years. Moved out just because I wanted to explore a different part of Seattle. But my time here was great! Prices were fair, maintenance was fast, and the view of Rainier was immaculate. Best of all was Adrienn, the property manager. She is extremely nice and helpful. She always said hi and made Lillehammer feel more like a community. 10/10 would recommend!

I moved to Seattle for work and Adrienne made the transition a breeze! I asked if Costco was able to deliver a bed and mattress before I could move in and Adrienne was able to arrange that. The apartments themselves are in great condition but hope you have a compact car because the parking situation is tight to say the least! Overall pretty happy with my lease here.
