I absolutely love living here! I moved from out of state, and the virtual tour made the whole process incredibly easy and gave me a great feel for the apartment before I even arrived. The property manager has been amazing—super helpful, responsive, and welcoming throughout the entire process. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and couldn’t be happier with my apartment!

I have moved at least once a year for about six years now due to education/work/traveling, but I’m planning to make this a multi-year stay! I moved in a few weeks ago, but my friend has lived in the building for several years. The building itself is clean, the lobby/elevators are secure, and the apartments are decently priced for Seattle (the building also offers a few MFTE apartments to people earning below a certain amount). Throughout the many years of living in various apartments, I must say, Lillehammer Ballard Apartments are by far the best I have lived in. I cannot stress enough how safe I felt in this building with the double access points, I never had to worry about packages being stolen, or random people entering. The building was cleaned weekly by great staff, and the rooftop patio was always in great condition. I lived at this apartment for seven years — and I only left because I relocated out of Seattle for a new job. That says everything. Let me start with Adrienn, the building manager, because she is genuinely one of a kind. She is warm, helpful, present, and responsive in a way that is almost unheard of in apartment management. Maintenance requests were handled promptly — often faster than I expected — and she always followed up to make sure things were right. Living here has been a pleasure. Prices and floor plans are good, the roof top view is amazing, and the neighborhood is great. Within walking distance from Golden Garden, the main Ballard plaza, and there are some notable restaurants/bars right around the corner. The management is always accommodating, communicative, and helpful. My service requests are fulfilled in a timely manner, all the service workers are super friendly, and my neighbors have been great.
