I had a very good experience. They are nice and professional. This is my second time here and I will be back.
I am not one to write reviews, however I felt that my experience today was worth commenting on. This is only my 3rd time getting my hair braided at this type of shop. All of my experiences have been relatively the same. You have 2 people working on your hair, they pull so tight that you feel your hair is being ripped from your scalp, and you have to tell them continuously not to grip your edges to tight. Today, I wanted my ends curled. The lady put my hair in a cup of water. I told her it was burning my scalp...her response.... read more
I absolutely love my hair and it was done in a reasonable time ! It was a nice environment and the staff is very polite !
Let's just say this is one of those moments when I wish Facebook had DISLIKE button!
I guess things have drasitally chaged at this shop. My cousin started going to this shop about two years ago and loved it. A couple weeks ago, she went and got senegalese twist and after a week, they started falling out. She made arrangements to get it fixed at the end of week two and when she got there, it was a different story. The owner is very rude and disrespectful and apparently doesn't follow thru on her word and doesn't care about the quality of her work.
