Very unprofessional. The girl up front has no clue on going over details. Had to call the doctor on her cell about 4 times on information about my dog that was there all day!!!!...I was told the doctor would speak with me, I waited at least 20 minutes then was told the doctor was on a call and will call me at home and come to find out the doctor walks out from the nail salon next door. But they didn't hesitate to increase my bill without authorization from me that day!!!!.. never again.
I love Dr. O, by far the best Vet I have ever been too!! From beginning to the end the service is impeccable. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.
Today I had the biggest scare of my life with my pooch Zetes.. He's my baby, my chihuahua �❤️ well I would like everyone to know that the staff and the Veterinarian were professional and caring of my pooch Zetes's needs.. I highly recommend them highly ❤️ with that being said he's on the road to recovery so thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking care of us ❤️
They always work with us for a good time and take excellent care of our pets. I love this vet clinic and won't go anywhere else. My pets love them too!
