My first visit was almost 2 hours. We bought every test and script the vet recommended, over 500 dollars. She told me she would call me with my dogs blood work results and heart worm test results. She even stated she was going on a short vacation, and her call may come after that. I never heard from her. Then I went back for the follow up visit today, and the young lady at the front told me they were full and couldnt tell me if I would need to wait 2 hours or 6 hours. RecommendedI will not take my Gizmo anywhere but Lili Veterinary Hospital. The clinic/rooms are super clean,the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor “O” truly cares for her patients and takes the time to personally meet each one. I highly recommended Lili Veterinary Hospital.
The Dr and her staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, professional on the care of my 2 dogs. I am very satisfied with all services provided at the clinic.
My girlfriends dog was abused and mistreated at this place/Vet! We picked up her dog and he peed himself, tail ducked underneath its butt and was crying and shaking � we will never be returning!!!!!
