Lani did a fabulous job turning my dark Asian hair to the blonde I’ve always wanted! She explained every step in detail on what she was doing and how it would give me the results I wanted. She cares about her clients and it shows!
I came to Lili two different days and both days I had great experience and friendly staff member. I had gel manicure and have had a blow out. Would come back again as location is close to parents house
I’m sorry to write this because they have won so many awards. My girlfriend were so excited to pamper ourselves with a gift certificate she got for Christmas. We wanted nail services and were very very disappointed. Maybe we caught the salon on a bad day? Upon arrival, the salon seemed dirty and I saw a couple silverfish crawling on the bathroom floor! My Stylist is amazing, the atmosphere is amazing. But the receptionists, everytime I call are so rude and short with me it makes me almost afraid to schedule an appointment. If it was one time I wouldn't mind, but this has been going on almost two years now. Some training might be good, customers on the phone are just as important as the physically present one, please don't treat them as if you don't have time for them.
