Absolutely unacceptable customer service and quality. I cannot believe that I was still required to pay $55 ($52 and a $3 card fee) for the hot stone pedicure. The sheet says 45 mins and the lady (****; possibly the owner) that did the pedicure rushed through the pedicure so quickly and was done after about 25 minutes. When I addressed her she claimed MY TIMER was wrong. Which would mean my phones clock is off. Disappointed in the customer service and quality. My daughter and I had an appointment to have our gel nails removed and redone. The guy that did my daughters nails did not say a word to her or me and her nails are different lengths. Lili the owner did my nails, she kept running to the back of the store when she came back, I asked her three seperate times to trim and or file one of my nails because it was longer then the rest, I finally gave up on asking.
