I will never come here again. Took my nails off and they had them filed down so much to my natural nail that it ripped them up and made me bleed. Never had a more painful experience
I went to Lilly nails last Friday to get a gel manicure. While doing my gel manicure the lady is pushing back my cuticles and begins to trim my cuticles, and I noticed that it started to bleed. This happened on a couple of my fingers. By Tuesday one of the gel nails starts to come off so I went back to have them fix it she claims that the gel nail didn’t stay because of the alcohol wipe that was used on my nail. I goto Ana and she does an amazing job every time. I started going here after going to a salon in the mall and decided to change as they couldn’t do complicated designs. I will always go here highly recommend.

Worst experience ever. I'm sorry if your staff can not do a palm tree just say that don't waste someone's money and make a black blob. And charge me for a blob. I'm not happy it's was a complete waste of money. Now I'm spending money on nail polish remover and nail polish to fix the $37 mess made in my big toe. Thank you for ruining my toes
I honestly think they are the best in Rochester. I get complimented on my nails at work and really anytime i go out atleast 4 times a day and everyone always asks where i get them done. The quality is great my nails stay looking good even when its time for a fill they just grow out but dont lift and still look new. They always have the latest styles and colors. I have been going there for a while now and will never go anywhere else.
Tweety was awesome, had the best pedi mani today it was awesome !!!!
