Have not been impressed with their concern for Patient Access. I am an established patient, have been trying to get in for over a week. When I call and ask if there are any openings for a particular day, I receive a firm “NO”. No offer to ask if any current problem nor even offer to “work me in”. Literally always been in office no longer than 5 minutes for devices.
Excellent service from a very dedicated staff! Always make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door!
