Great customer service, beautiful hotel room and loved the balconies! You couldn't hear the noise from outside until you opened the patio door!! They handled the luggage when we first got off the ferry and held it securely before and after check in until we decided to leave. Thank you, we will definitely be back!!
This place was awful!! My view out the window was a trash hopper. The wi-fi was awful, or you were completely dropped. The television channels, often times had no sound. When the front desk was informed the reply was, " I will write that down". The elevator broke down.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Beautifully appointed suites with a nice balcony to look out over Main Street. The option of having the living space separated from the bedroom by a pocket door was nice. Very spacious. Friendly staff. Quaint! If we ever return to the island I would happily stay here again!
So beautiful and comfortable! Staff is friendly! Very clean! Right in the middle of everything and walking distance to the ferry and carriage ride! My only regret is we only got to spend one night there. I want to come back and spend at least three nights or more!
We will be coming back next year!!! Rooms were awesome along with the spa benefits!!

We had a great time at the Lilac Tree! The staff was so accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean and the turndown service was a nice touch. It was great to have a refrigerator in the room. The location is so convenient. We will definitely come back again! Thank you!
